Tax Invoices are emailed to your mail box 28 days prior to payment due date.

If selecting quarterly invoicing, the first quarterly service charge plus activation fee and any hardware charges must be paid in full before iPond canactivate the service. Please talk to an iPond sales representative for further information. iPond accepts cash, cheque,money order, netbanking to pay any invoice. iPond services are non-refundable.you have to sign the contract atleast 6 months with iPond. If you would like to cancel the connection before 6 months, cancellation charges $65.00 will be applied.

The account holder acknowledges and accepts the iPond standard Form of agreement and iPond ADSL Service specifications documents and confirms that he/she is 18 yearts or older.
